Category Education Component
This category header component was designed to help shoppers quickly understand product options within key categories through clear visual education and comparison. I played a key role in designing the component and shaping how products were presented, ensuring imagery remained cohesive across seasonal updates despite varied source photography. I later formalized the workflow into a scalable process and guided an external agency in maintaining the system for ongoing use.
Global Email Design System
Over more than a decade, I helped shape the company’s email program into a scalable, modular design system supporting promotional, transactional, onboarding, and membership communications. I led template design and visual direction across multiple redesigns, working closely with development teams to evolve the system and expand its storytelling flexibility. Alongside the design work, I created documentation and led training for global teams, helping ensure consistent, effective use of the templates across regions and campaigns.
